Madara Uchiha returns to S.H.Figuarts as a full redesign of the original 2017 release, rebuilt from the ground up with new sculpting and articulation. This version leans into his Fourth Shinobi World War appearance, capturing him at his most dangerous and dynamic, a fitting update for a character whose ambitions never came anywhere close to small.

The engineering upgrade shows most in his fire ninjutsu setup, dedicated hand and effect parts let you recreate his devastating Fire Release attacks in full display-ready form. Three pairs of interchangeable hands, four expression parts, and a swappable folded-arms set round out the posing options, enough range to move from calm and calculating to mid-battle intensity without missing a beat.

There's a nice bit of storytelling built into the accessory set too: an included expression part lets you recreate Naruto Uzumaki's face during their pivotal ideological standoff in the war, holding firm to his own beliefs even while going head-to-head with Madara. The separately sold S.H.Figuarts Naruto Uzumaki -The Power To Unite- figure is the one it's designed to pair with, for anyone building out that specific confrontation.
