You're a real toy store?

That's right! We stock a lot of the popular new toy lines from the major brands. New releases arrive multiple times a month! We also carry some older releases that maybe you missed the first time around.

We're local to the Oklahoma City metro area and of course want to help our collector community find all the coolest things they're looking for. Oh, and we ship too!

Great! Where is your store located?

Well, this is awkward. We don't have a physical storefront... yet. The reason is simple: we're trying to be smart with our resources. New businesses are always risky and startup costs can be high. By delaying a storefront, we're taking some pressure off ourselves while we build the business.

But trust us: our most fun ideas involve having a store for you to come visit. If this is something you want to see too, every purchase you make with us gets us one step closer to that reality!

So, how do I shop with you?

You're already at the best place for shopping. The website has our current selection of goodies and we're adding new items all the time! Sign up for our newsletter to get the drop on new toys as we get them.

If you're local to the OKC metro area, you can use the website to place your orders and select the "Pick Up" option. We'll get in touch with you to schedule a meet-up and deliver your order to you. Of course you can always opt for shipping!

We also attend local toy shows and conventions, which is a great opportunity to meet not only us, but other vendors, collectors, enthusiasts, and fans! We'll post about any upcoming toy shows on our social media accounts.

We're also looking for one or more venues to host a pop-up shop on a regular basis. If you have a location we could use, or know someone else who does, please drop us a line at hello@figurethistoys.com.

Products & Pricing

Do you know your prices are higher than (Walmart | Target | Amazon | BBTS | etc.)?

Yes, we know, but it's the unfortunate reality of running a small toy business. The big-box stores buy their products on the order of hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dollars. They are able to buy directly from the manufacturers and get the lowest prices possible because of their volumes. We simply don't have that market power.

We buy at the best prices we can from multiple distributors, and we set prices that give us enough margin to feasibly operate a healthy, sustainable business. But we hope that we will earn those extra dollars with our attention to detail, commitment to fellow collectors, and outstanding, reliable customer service.

I'm interested in a toy line you don't carry. Can you add it?

We absolutely want to hear about the brands and toy lines you're interested in. While we can't promise anything, if there is enough demand for adding a new lineup to the store, we'll see what we can do. Hearing from our customers about what they love collecting helps guide us as we grow!

I'm looking for a specific toy for my collection. Can you help me find it?

Maybe! A bounty hunting service is something we are considering, but haven't nailed down the specifics of how it'd work. Let us know if you're interested!

Ordering

Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming releases?

This is definitely an option we want to make available, but we don't have a policy worked out for it yet. Stay tuned! (Did you sign up for our newsletter?)

Can you hold items for later payment? Do you offer layaway?

Yes, we can work with you to set aside items for later payment and fulfillment. Be sure to create an account first, as that lets us open an order for you and reserve inventory. Maximum hold time is 5 days before inventory is re-stocked.

We will also work with you if you need to make partial payments towards a reserved order. Contact us at customersupport@figurethistoys.com to get started.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we will be offering gift cards in the near future!

Do you sell on other marketplaces (eBay, Mercari, Facebook, etc.)?

We may list certain items on other platforms from time-to-time. However, due to the additional fees imposed by those platforms, you're always going to get a better price buying directly from us.

Payments & Shipping

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop. For in-person transactions, we also accept Venmo and Cash App. And cash, of course :-)

I live outside the United States. Do you ship internationally?

The short answer is yes, but please get in touch with us first at hello@figurethistoys.com. This lets us investigate beforehand if there are any special requirements (i.e. customs, duties, tariffs, etc.) that we need to abide by, and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Selling Collections

I have a toy collection I'd like to sell. Will you buy it?

We are open to buying collections. To be considered for purchase, your collection should be in excellent condition, consist of mostly unopened items in new condition, and contain items that fit with the other product lines we sell. We do not buy loose collections at this time.
