DC Super Powers Red Tornado

Entertainment Earth exclusive.

Built to stop heroes. Possessed by something that made him one instead.

Red Tornado was constructed by Thomas Oscar Morrow specifically to counteract the Super Heroes interfering with his schemes, only for the android's frame to be possessed by a wandering wind elemental, granting him unanticipated power and genuine sentience. This retro-styled Super Powers figure captures that strange, accidental origin, featured with a soft fabric cape.
