It's the version of the character forever tied to Crisis on Infinite Earths, which makes him the deepest cut in a wave already built for longtime DC readers, and exactly the kind of pick the original Kenner line would never have dared.

McFarlane renders him in full retro glory: red tunic, green gloves and trunks, a green domino mask with a confident smirk sculpted underneath, and a yellow soft fabric cape draping over it all with proper Silver Age warmth.
