DC The Penguin (Batman Returns) 8" Clothed Action Figure

Abandoned by his parents, embraced by Gotham's sewers. The Penguin waddles into NECA's retro clothed lineup with a monocle and a grudge.

Danny DeVito's unforgettable turn as Oswald Cobblepot gets the retro clothed figure treatment straight from Tim Burton's 1992 masterpiece Batman Returns. Abandoned as a child and left to grow up reclusive and deformed, he builds a twisted mind honed by rage and an insatiable need for revenge, setting up shop in the Arctic World Pavilion of the abandoned Old Gotham City Zoo. From there, his unlikely alliance with the Red Triangle Circus gang and amoral business mogul Max Shreck sends all of Gotham into a frenzy of terror.

Paying homage to vintage toy lines, the figure is fully articulated and dressed in tailored soft goods clothing, including a poseable coat with internal wire for proper dramatic silhouettes. Accessories round out the villainous look: a top hat, a monocle, a fish snack, and interchangeable gloved hands for switching up his stance.
